Havard and wife Alicia of Willis; sisters, Chandra Green and husband Don of Diboll; Connie Myers and husband Roy of Kirby, Arkansas; Cindy Reese and husband Grady of Lufkin; Janie Lightfoot and husband Bruce of Lufkin and Keri Funderburk and husband Austin of Willis; granddaughters, Zoey and Aubree Hoot of Corrigan; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Claude Shorty and Carol Hoot of Corrigan; special friend, Leslie Ricks of Corrigan and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Weeks retired from Roadway Express. He then worked as a State Correctional Officer at the TDJC Polunsky Unit and retired from there in 2015. He was blessed with 10 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Over the last several years, Robert lived in New Orleans where he fell in love with the people, scenery , antique collecting, structures of the old buildings and the overall beauty of the city.
